How can I create an account for LiveProject Team?

Can I open more than one project at a time?

No, only one project can be open at a time, but using the built-in explorer you can quickly switch between projects. If you use the task tracker, it supports tasks from multiple projects.

What is the task tracker exactly?

The task tracker allows you to mark a task for tracking. All tracked tasks from any project are shown in the task-tracker list. If, for example, you are currently working on 5 tasks in 5 different projects, you can simply mark the 5 tasks as ‘tracked’, and you can easily select them with one touch from the central task tracker.

We are a Microsoft Partner, and have been for many years.

Do you have any enterprise discounts?

Not for our mobile products, but for LiveProject (our PC solution), we do have enterprise licensing options depending on the size of your company.

I can’t ping resources on a task

In order to contact a resource on a project, the resource has to have a valid e-mail address defined in the project plan. To fix this fill in the field “e-mail” in the project plan.

I can’t see the resource assigned to a task?

iLiveProject only shows resources assigned to tasks when a task has assigned resources. Try opening the original project plan and verify that a task is actually assigned to the task in question.
