Project alarms

Project Alarms

Project alarms can be used to alert yourself to various conditions that may occur when mpp project file changes. For example, you could set up an alarm to be informed when a new task has been created and assigned to you. For each alarm you can configure various alerts such as sounds, notes and highlights in the task table. To manage alarms choose the Edit Alarms option from the Project viewer context menu or from the Project menu at the top. (Note: if using the Project menu at the top, no file specific settings are available such as resources or specific tasks.)
