Inviting Users To Your Account
Note: This feature is only available with a valid LiveProject Project Collaboration
license or trial account.

LiveProject Project Collaboration makes it easy to invite more users to your account:
- Open the Manage Users tab in the main window
- Click on Invite Users from the top left toolbar strip
- Enter the e-mail addresses of the users you with to invite. You may separate the
users by comma, semicolon, or newline.
- Click Invite
LiveProject will send e-mail invitations to the users you have invited. Make sure
that email@example.com are allowed through your
SPAM filters to allow the e-mails to reach your team members.
Each e-mail contains the user's temporary password, as well as download instructions
Until a user has logged into LiveProject, they are listed as PENDING. This way you
can see if any users had problems, or perhaps are not interested in participating.
Users that accept your invitation and logs in will have a status of PERMANENT.
