Before you can use a Bugzilla Viewer, you have to set up a Bugzilla Filter in LiveProject. The filter determines which bugs are being retrieved for a viewer. Without the filter, we would be unable to retrieve your searches.
To access the Bugzilla filters management, follow these steps:
This window is also shown if pressing "Manage filters" when adding a new Bugzilla viewer
This window is also shown if selecting menu "Bugzilla>Edit Filters".
Bugzilla Filters Management window:
Creates a new filter and takes you to the Bugzilla filter setup window. A Bugzilla filter is equal to a Bugzilla Search when browing your bugzilla database using a browser.
Edits an existing filter and takes you to the Bugzilla filter setup window.
Copies an existing filter and takes you to the Bugzilla filter setup window.
Deletes a filter permanently.
Sets a filter as default. This will move the filter to the top of the Bugzilla filters management list and when creating a new Bugzilla viewer, it will be listed first (and highlighted by default).
Exits the window.
